Easy Slow Cooker Clam Chowder

1 10.75 oz can cream of celery soup
2 can cream of potato condensed soup
2 can new england clam chowder condensed soup
4 cans minced clams (with juice)
1 quart half and half
1 pint heavy whipping cream

1) Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
